For Australia orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $10. 

We deliver using Auspost Australia-wide with a delivery timeframe of 2–5 business days for metro areas, and 3-10 business days for regional areas from dispatch.  

For New Zealand shipping a freight quotation is given at checkout depending on location and parcel weight. We ship to New Zealand via DHL Express with a delivery timeframe of 2-15 business days from dispatch.

Where can I get a discount?

You will find the size guide for each product on the product page under the available sizes. The measurements are actual body measurements, use a flexible tape measure and measure around your body wearing minimal clothing. For further support please reach out to our customer care team.

How do I pick the right size?

Yes, if something isn't quite right you have 28 days to return full-priced items for a refund. Please be aware that sale items are eligible for store credit only. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer exchanges and refunds?

Please send a picture of the fault to hello@deuscustoms.com.au and our customer care team will assess it at their earliest convenience. If deemed as faulty, further instructions will be provided on how to proceed.

What if my item is faulty?

We aim to have orders dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email.

Please anticipate an extended dispatch time during sale and holiday periods.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

Thanks for the recent purchase!  Your order has been received. Please allow 2-3 business days as we work to have your order processed and dispatched.
