Please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch for metro areas. A freight quote is given at checkout after entering your address and is calculated automatically by DHL depending on the location and weight of your parcel. Shipping to NZ takes 2-15 business days.</p><h2 id="-1"><strong><br></strong></h2><h2 id="do-i-have-to-pay-customs-and-duties-if-shipping-to-nz">Do I have to pay customs and duties if shipping to NZ?</h2><p>Yes, you may be required to pay customs and duties on orders over certain thresholds. Any associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
